not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
Eph
1:20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set
him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
Eph 1:21 Far
above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that

Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities
and powers being made subject unto him.

hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to
appear in the presence of God for us:

expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not
come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have
seen him go into heaven.

typified:

that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with
that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the
mercy seat, and before the mercy seat:
Heb 6:20 Whither the forerunner is for
us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of
Melchisedec.
Heb 9:7 But into the second went the high priest alone
once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for
the errors of the people:
Heb 9:9 Which was a figure for the time then
present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make
him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;
